Established in 1995, Thompson AVC are based at the Thompson Group headquarters in Wolverhampton, providing a centrally located operational hub to provide the highest quality installation, service and maintenance for any location across the UK.

As well as providing specialist accounts, administrative, marketing and inventory management operations for the Group, Thompson AVC also have the benefit of a fully integrated, high end training and demonstration suite on site.

This purpose built facility not only allows us to demonstrate a whole host of the latest fire and security, communications and life safety technologies, but also enables system testing, integration compatibility and then full training and development on new systems, before we offer them to commercial clients.

As part of our commitment to deliver the highest quality and customer service standards, the Thompson Group aim to only use directly employed engineers, thus ensuring the continuity of project and product skills. This means that, wherever possible we will task the same engineers to work on your project so that they know as much as possible about the operation of your particular system, whilst also providing a ‘familiar face’ who you can discuss your ongoing requirements with.
